Open your eyes and as soon as you wake up, you will find yourself surrounded by the green and sweet chirping of birds. And every evening, when the day draws to a close, the suffused light from lanterns will introduce the evening’s dishes, inspired to the best Sardinian tradition. Our chef always makes use of local ingredients and preparations able to meet the local flavours which are turned into refined recipes. Courses are served at our restaurant located by the central pool ... all you have to do is select the best-suited wine choosing among a wide selection of local, national and French labels.
